Letterpress Printed Wedding Invitation Set May 2006
The bride & groom knew they wanted to play up the art deco interior of their wedding venue in their invitations, and sent me a few photos for inspiration. The geometric patterns in the floor's tile work appealed to all of us, and it became the flourish that, in addition to the typeface, gave this invitation set the exact feel the couple wanted.
Use of only one ink color (which matched the matron of honor's dress) lended the right amount of refined elegance for this early autumn evening affair.
