A full-color book about American Girl character Molly and her family road trip down Route 66 in the late 1940s. The book's designed to look as if ten-year-old Molly had made this scrapbook herself — right down to the mustard stain she got on the pages when eating a hot dog.
The book contains 8 pullout souvenirs including a Route 66 map, a diner menu, a wanted poster, and a secret decoder that can be used to decipher clues given throughout the book. The cover illustration is by Nick Backes, and interior illustration and Photoshop work is by Amy Redmond.
